Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will deliver your order within the timeframe stated at checkout.

Where no specific delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver the goods without undue delay and, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into unless another delivery period has been agreed with you.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may have rights and remedies under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Destinations, free shipping and tracking

We offer free shipping to eligible destinations.

Available delivery destinations will be shown at checkout before you place your order. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery to certain destinations where required by applicable law, sanctions requirements, carrier restrictions, or operational limitations.

Risk and receipt

For consumer orders, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods remains with us until you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Please inspect your parcel after delivery and contact us promptly at [email protected] if any goods are damaged, missing, incorrect, or appear to have been affected during transit.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this Shipping Policy.

Sanctions Compliance

We comply with applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, export controls, and embargo requirements imposed by the United Kingdom and other authorities whose laws apply to our operations.

You may not use the Services or place an order where doing so would cause us to breach applicable sanctions, export control, trade restriction, or embargo laws.

As part of our current shipping and compliance policy, we do not ship to or provide services in the following countries or territories:

  • Myanmar
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Cuba
  • South Sudan
  • Yemen
  • Haiti
  • Venezuela
  • Afghanistan

This list reflects our current shipping and compliance restrictions and does not necessarily mean that each listed country is subject to a complete UK trade embargo in all circumstances.

You represent and warrant that you are not subject to applicable sanctions or identified on any relevant sanctions or restricted-party list, including lists maintained by:

  • The UK Government
  • HM Treasury
  • The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)
  • The United Nations
  • The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), where applicable
  • Other competent authorities whose sanctions laws apply to the transaction

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or terminate any order or access to the Services where we reasonably believe that providing goods or services may violate applicable sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, embargoes, or other legal requirements.

We may update our restricted-destination list from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, sanctions requirements, carrier restrictions, or operational circumstances.
