These Terms apply together with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies made available on the website.

Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe our products accurately and provide the essential characteristics of the goods before purchase.

Prices, applicable taxes, and delivery information are displayed before you place your order. Shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.

All products are subject to availability.

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review and correct your order information.

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order, subject to any lawful verification, stock availability, payment authorization, sanctions screening, fraud prevention checks, or other legitimate grounds for refusing an order.

You will receive confirmation of your order electronically.

Delivery, cancellation and consumer rights

Delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, subject to the applicable exceptions.

Details of your cancellation rights and return process are set out in our Returns Policy.

Your cancellation rights are separate from your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for their intended purpose
  • As described
  • Installed correctly where installation forms part of the contract

If goods do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to remedies such as rejection and refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Sanctions Compliance

We comply with applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, export controls, and embargo requirements imposed by the United Kingdom and other competent authorities whose laws apply to our activities.

You may not use the Services or place an order where doing so would cause us to breach applicable sanctions, export control, trade restriction, or embargo laws.

  • HM Treasury
  • The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI)

Additional shipping restrictions may be set out in our Shipping Policy.

Liability

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, provided that this does not affect any statutory rights or remedies available to you.

Where an event outside our reasonable control materially affects our ability to perform the contract, we will take reasonable steps to minimize the effect and inform you where appropriate.

Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding an order, product, or the Services, please contact us first at [email protected].

We will review your complaint and try to resolve it within a reasonable period.

This does not affect any statutory right you may have to pursue other available remedies.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory protections available under the laws of your place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable mandatory law to bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction over your claim.
